Tripp Lake Camp is a residential program with one seven-week session per summer. There are approximately 300 girls, ranging in age from 7 to 16. Tripp Lake employs 135 counselors to work directly with campers, and maintains a 3 to 1 ratio of campers to counselors. If you are warm, compassionate, love working with children and enjoy being outdoors, please apply on-line to teach one of the listed activities. We also have support staff positions listed below.
