Your Daughter Can Be a TLC Camper for a Weekend!

Our annual Rookie Weekend gives prospective campers a unique opportunity to participate in our camp program and feel the Tripp Lake spirit. Your daughter will sleep in a bunk with counselors and other rookie campers. She will get a taste of the activities and the experiences she’ll enjoy as a full-fledged camper. Most importantly, she will make new friends and get a sense of the independence and self-confidence that come from a quality summer camp experience.

We provide lunch and a tour of camp for parents on Friday afternoon. We’re happy to suggest some wonderful getaway opportunities for you if you choose to spend the weekend in the beautiful state of Maine while your daughter enjoys camp.

Rookie Weekend is designed for girls currently in 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th grades who are thinking of attending Tripp Lake Camp the following summer. Space is limited and always fills quickly, so if you’re interested, please submit an inquiry form and we’ll contact you to discuss all of the details. There is no charge for the weekend.

If Rookie Weekend doesn’t fit into your summer plans, we also offer a Rookie Day to accommodate families who cannot join us for Rookie Weekend and for those who may be visiting their children at nearby camps.
