Staff Positions

Tripp Lake Camp is a residential program, with one seven and a half session per summer. There are approximately 330 girls, ranging in age from 8 to 16. Tripp Lake Camp maintains a 1 to 3 counselor to camper ratio.

Tripp Lake employs 135 counselors to work directly with campers. If you love children, the outdoors and are warm and compassionate, please apply to teach one of the following activities.
